I'm in Barrow right now and it feels pretty cold. I walked around outside quite a bit last night and felt pretty cold when I got back to the hut. There was a power outage in the afternoon and the buildings were cooling off pretty fast. The mild breeze really makes a difference in how cold it feels.Update 01/16/08 - It is much warmer today. Only -18F still with a light breeze.
