Took a short walk down to lower campus today and a long walk this evening. I really want to try and average 10 miles per day at least whenever I'm home. Didn't quite make it today. Whenever I'm out of town, it is incredibly difficult to get in that kind of mileage. Today, I was looking through some of the profiles on the Nike+ site, and there are quite a few that run (not walk!) over 120 miles per week and some walkers doing even more than that. Don't know how they do it or have the time.
