Rockerville, SD

Tuesday - We are in an RV park south of Rapid City in the Black Hills. We arrived yesterday and after the yesterday mornings hike, I need a rest day. Not that it was a long hike, but the scrambling over the rocks. 

This place has full hookups, nice showers, and a laundry. It was about 12 miles or so to a Walmart so we replenished our groceries for at least a couple of days. There is a Sam’s Club in Rapid City, which we will visit at some point. I’m not sure what is on the schedule but probably Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the Needles Highway, and ??? 

The elevation here is 4400’ which makes for cool-ish nights.
