Day 2 - Centralia, WA

Wednesday (2)
 - We had lunch with Diary of a Family (Garrett and Carolyn) near Olympia. Afterwards, we all drove out to visit with the Edwards, formerly from Fairbanks, at their farm. They finished restoring a old barn they plan to turn into a cidery.

We stayed for a bit and then headed back to the RV. I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening getting things packed up. Tomorrow, we head south to Corvallis for a couple of days.

  1. What a glorious wooden support structure in the barn! I'm a huge fan of wood used in that manner.

Do you guys basically stay out of Alaska for all of fall and winter?

    1. The barn is a wonderful structure and is slowly being restored. The plan is to be out of the cold during the winter. Alaska is nice in the summer.
