Not sure if there is a windshield place there, but there are many RV parks and other businesses catering to RVs in that area. It is further north, so the temps might not be so extreme. We stayed at Blake's Rzv Ranch, fyi.

Regarding our going to Estes, our manager said we made a commitment to each other for the season, so we are welcome whether or not the CG opens. If it doesn't, we will work on maintenance and improvement projects. I thought that was above and beyond, and we are very grateful. The issue is Estes is so small, they may decide not to open RMNP and the local parks due to the chance of being invaded by Covid from the masses coming from elsewhere. So we shall see. We are fine doing maintenance! That is ...Hopefully, some things change on May 1st. That is what the clerk at the Encore Park thought and they were supposed to get new information on Monday. The only reason we are going into the Phoenix area at all is to get the windshield worked on. If we can't get into Casa Grande, I was going to call the windshield place and ask for suggestions.

It's nice that you can get into the park in CO. It was hot in San Antonio when we left, and getting hot in California and Arizona as we passed through. We feel very fortunate to have made it to central Colorado to wait for our arrival date in Estes Park. If we weren't scheduled to work, however, we would not be able to go there mid-May. We don't know the opening timeframe yet. We wish you good luck finding a park that's open where it's not 100 degrees!Lynne Goebelerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12168199199054369925noreply@blogger.com
