Charlie6's hack is starting to look pretty good. Thank you for the feedback on the video size. I'm thinking that it is too large. Some of the video podcasts that I follow are about 120 MB for 40 minutes of video. I was doing some testing for YouTube uploading and my 3 minute test clip was 154 Megs in Mpeg2 recorded at 6 Mbps. After editing with transistions and some titleing and reduction of bit rate to 2.5 Mbps it ended up around 60 Mb at 640x480p<br /><br />I am thinking how lucky you are to be up there. You have lots of time to figure out all this stuff.
