(Home schooled, and shows it.)<br /><br />Oh, Facebook. There's a rule worth remembering - if you get it free on the net, you're the product, not the customer.<br />I joined and then left FB for every sort of good reason, including the amount of time it sucked up and the lack of privacy controls. Shortly after, I threw out the television and went back to a dumb phone that makes phone calls. I'm no Luddite, but I prefer tools over toys.<br /><br />Psychopathic? That's just silly. Someone had a deadline and no good ideas. <br /><br />Nice blog. It is so interesting how fast some technology works it's way into the mind and mainstream of life. Like everyone else, I have an account, but rarely use it. And I have thought about closing it. <br /><br />However, what I think some people might not be realizing,..who needs the FB account...we have blogs...and some of us do put some of the same crazy pictures and thoughts on our blogs. I know I am not alone, and I know many have told me they got fed up and closed their FB accounts. I notice that lots of Companies have jumped onto the FB bandwagon but I guess I will never get their "deals" or discounts<br /><br />You can walk anytime, all year long in any weather. You can not ride all year so it is right that you ride instead of walk if the opportunity presents itself. Don't feel guilty . . .<br /><br />I don't have to worry about potential employers as I hope this is my last job. I'm also thinking about my last car, and my last bike.
