They contain my necessaries.Coop a.k.a. Between the saddle bags, the fairing gloveboxes, the topcase, the tank bag and the sidecar trunk. There's little reason to carry anything in my pockets.RichardMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04773834892715980735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1512448163402185409.post-68158979081871877492013-07-17T08:59:11.500-08:002013-07-17T08:59:11.500-08:00If I need anything, I would stop by the side of th...If I need anything, I would stop by the side of the road to dig it out. I think that Chris carries more on him since he has multiple bikes and would normally need to shuffle things around. I don't have that "problem" as I just have the one. I guess you would have the same "issue", eh?RichardMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04773834892715980735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1512448163402185409.post-16766418730280728722013-07-17T07:12:31.393-08:002013-07-17T07:12:31.393-08:00Now that is minimalist. These next 4 months are my favorite and there's always hope for an extended autumn.

I'm like you Richard, very little in my pockets and like most of us, there are lots of them. I don't feel the need to carry the extra weight; I've enough of my own. The tankbag or equivalent is always along and that's where most of those things reside.

While riding, I try and keep my camera, uncased, in a pocket. Smartphone and wallet too. Oh, there's a little tripod that I never have the patience to use.Coop a.k.a. That's just the way things are. I look forward to the cool days again as it's easy to adjust to cold than hot. Plus, summer still has a ways go. The fair won't be for a several more weeks and it'll be months before snow is on the ground again.RichardMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04773834892715980735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1512448163402185409.post-68624162960663641772013-07-16T15:52:47.059-08:002013-07-16T15:52:47.059-08:00Do you feel any sadness or do you just take the ea...Do you feel any sadness or do you just take the early demise in stride? You seem so well adjusted to where you are I can't imagine you feel much more than a routine awareness of this is the way it is in AK.Martha https://www.blogger.com/profile/02785787084073523841noreply@blogger.com
